CISLINKS operates both:

A. Service-Based Solutions

All services are provided based on approved quotations, proposals, or contracts.

B. E-commerce Sales

We sell IT hardware, networking equipment, security devices, and related technology products through our online platform.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment until payment is verified.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • CISLINKS reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before order processing.

  • For service projects, payment terms are defined in the quotation or agreement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner.

  • CISLINKS is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

  • Risk transfers to customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, technical designs, documents, configurations, and branding remain property of CISLINKS.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

CISLINKS shall not be liable for:
